QA/QC Introduction

     We have ourselves quality control department, FIVE staffs to monitor each procedure:from cuting pieces to ready garments.when the printing or Emb.pieces are gotten back factory, our workers will inpspect each one to garentee all artworks on each piece are fine. and then the fine pieces will be moved into the workshops' production lines. one staff will take care of the sewing in each line to ensure all sewing  is qualified. when the pieces come into ready garments, some workers and the  inspectors will check workmanship one by one, to pick out the garments with defects. in the finalinspection, they will randomly inspected all the goods, trying to make sure no fulty goods shipped out factory.
